If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. 

Full Refunds:

If you received a damaged item, there is no need to return the item. Provide a clear image of the damaged item, original packaging and invoice and email us at [email protected], a full refund will be issued upon review.

If you are returning an item for any other reason, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the original invoice or proof of purchase. Mail to the address below, upon receipt a full refund will be issued.

Replacements & Exchanges:

If you received a damaged item and you would like a replacement instead of full refund. Provide a clear image of the damaged item, original packaging and invoice and email us at [email protected]  A replacement item will be shipped free of charge upon review.

If you received a damaged item and would like to exchange it for another item. Provide a clear image of the damaged item, original packaging and invoice and name of exchange item and email us at o[email protected] The exchanged item will be shipped free of charge upon review.

There is no need to return damaged items.  If you are returning an undamaged item for any other reason, you are responsible for shipping cost to return your item.  Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  Full refunds include the price of the item and the original shipping cost.
