How do
I place an order?
Add the
item(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to
Cart" or “Buy it Now” button located next to the product image. When
you're ready to complete your order, click "Continue Checkout" from
within your cart and follow the instructions.
What
payment options do you accept?
We
accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
and Discover. We also accept PayPal, PayPal Credit, checks and money orders.
Can I
cancel my order?
To
cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and
contact us by emailing [email protected] Cancellation emails
must be received within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to process
cancellations for items that have already shipped.
Does
the image on the site accurately represent my item?
We
strive to represent the item accurately as possible. However, in some
cases, the image may be approximate, or prints may vary. If you are not
satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 14 days after receipt
for a full refund.
How
accurate is the product dimensions?
We
guarantee items on our site to be the exact size shown. However, in some
minor cases item size may vary.
What
type of packaging do you use?
Large
posters and prints are rolled with thick paper to protect the item and packaged
in a sturdy shipping tube. Small posters and prints are sandwiched
between two sheets of paper and packaged in a photo mailer rigid envelope.
What
shipping carriers do you use and how long will it take to get my item?
We ship
item by USPS first class or Priority mail. First class mail takes between
3 to 5 days. Priority mail between 2 to 3 days depending on your zip
code.
How do
I track my order?
As soon
as your item ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a
tracking number.
